LeptonX Angular: App name is not localizable

Description
Same problem as for #17601, but now for Angular
Reproduction Steps
Create new 9.0.3 project with Angular UI and LeptonX theme.
Expected behavior
App name can be localized
Actual behavior
App name taken from environment.application.name

@maliming I saw that, this is exactly the bug I've described. Everything must localized, we can't show Chinese friends french text and vise verse)
I just hide the entire brand name for now.
And again same story, we are ready to contribute, but lepton x free is not open sourced. Can you think about to open at least type scrpit part of the free theme so we can offer the PRs? I do understand that styles itself are protected, but code can be shared i think.
Hello @antonGritsenko we have implemented a provider that uses the project name value specified in the environment.ts options. We will be updating the documentation accordingly.
