I change a pc and it's ok ,but what's the problem?

Try to clear the project.

Run abp clean in your project folder.

Did you change your Nuget config file? If you did, please recover it, than your problem may solve.

I clean my nuget packages cache and recover, run abp clean,and can't solve the problem!!!
