Do not relative dates in UI

Created 1 week, 1 day ago as displayed for dates in the UI is not useful: I cannot make any sense of this and it does not help me figure out when a project was created.

We should use instead either of these:

1. Always use a full date and time using an ISO data format as YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM
2. Use relative dates only for today and yesterday, and use dates in 1. otherwise all the times
