One a project page, display the created date

The project created date is already displayed under the project name:

date of the last pipeline run completion

You can click on any pipeline of the Pipeline pannel to get the full dates details:

[pombredanne]

I would like to see the created date/time and last modified date/time straight in the project list and project detail page without any extra clicks. Also I think relative dates are not easy to make sense of as reported in #990
