Document the differences between Components and Packages

A Reference section in the DejaCode User Guide is needed to explain the differences between Components and Packages.

There is some explanation currently in the help text of the DejaCode admin forms.

On the Browse Packages form: A Package is a specific software code archive, identified by a combination of its filename and a download URL or a package URL (purl) or both. Multiple Packages can be associated with a Component, usually to identify the various source and binary formats available from the component project. Packages can also be associated directly with one of your own Products.

On the Browse Components form: A component is any software-related object.
