BUG: Buttons for permission assignment are missing icons

Describe the bug The buttons for the permission assignments seem to be missing their icons and it is difficult to make out which one does what, unless you inspect them with developer tools. Additionally the alignment/placement appears to be incorrect.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to any permission configuration e.g.
   • Administration > Product Portfolio > Products > "product-name-here" > Object permissions
   • Administration > DejaCode > DejaCode User > "username"
2. Notice that the buttons are not legible
