Any way to add a small delay to switch window before selecting area?

Hi, Thanks for this package. This is my daily driver for taking notes and it speeds up a lot of the process. I have currently bound the org-download-screenshot to a keymap. One improvement could be a customizable time delay to allow for switching windows before selecting the area for screenshot. Maybe there's already a way?
