Fix undefined function geiser-racket--language when using mit-scheme

The error is raised when I try to eval an S-exp in scheme file using mit-scheme.

geiser-racket--language is defined in package geiser-racket which is used for racket implementation.

I had the same issue and this PR fixes it. Could we please merge it to master?
