transpose-frame undefined

I'm on Emacs 26.2 and perhaps this is incorporated upstream, but I don't have the definition for transpose-frame loaded (used in the T binding).

Should ace-window's documentation indicate that the package is an optional install, or should this package add the transpose-frame package as a dependency?
