Improve Pusher tutorial
The Pusher adapter tutorial is currently written with basic integration in 3 langs which you choose one of (clientside js, ruby, nodejs). Someone doing both client and serverside integration (most people) would have to switch langs to get both bits, which made sense at the time but in retrospect isn't very intuitive. I should probably rewrite it so you choose the serverside language and get the clientside js bit always, similar to the token auth tutorials.
Could also add a php lang, as some customers seem to have trouble translating the node or ruby examples to php, cf feedback https://app.intercom.io/a/apps/ua39m1ld/inbox/inbox/all/conversations/20471569873
