Resolve information duplication for type information

Information about types found at https://github.com/ably/docs/tree/main/content/partials/types is duplicated in the client library specification.

For example the information here about the http paginated response type: https://github.com/ably/docs/blob/main/content/partials/types/_http_paginated_response.textile

also appears under the types section of the client library specification at https://docs.ably.io/client-lib-development-guide/features/#types

To avoid duplication, we should investigate a way to unify the types section of the client library specification document with the types documentation at https://github.com/ably/docs/tree/main/content/partials/types
