Test failing in Rest when bulk publishing in multiple channels

I am getting errors in rest bulk publish multiple channels tests where messageId is null. It seems java has an old way of publishing batch messages which will need to be a breaking change in v2.0 This issue is linked to https://github.com/ably/features/issues/81
