Example app to demonstrate different authentications methods

Seems like customers struggle to understand how to use different auth methods provided by Ably. So an app that demonstrate all of them would be useful. Also update current samples on a main page (add clarifying comments?). A push example app with token authentication: https://github.com/ably/push-example-ios
