Spades finished abnormally, err code: -7

Hi guys. I am using spades. 3.13.0.

When i assembly my test datasets (huge one), I am getting this error Spades finished abnormally, err code: -7

Could some one help me out, what is happening here. how to solve this issue. I have attached logfile and param file for the reference.

This is quite strange (the fail in that particular place)... Does the problem reproduce with the latest SPAdes 3.14?

Hi, I have installed recently spades through conda pipeline, which says it is the latest version.

The latest version is SPAdes 3.14: https://github.com/ablab/spades/releases/tag/v3.14.0
