metaspades getting stuck at K55 edge information collection step

Hi I am trying to run metaspades on some metagenomic samples. SPAdes always gets stuck at a particular step. K55 collecting edge information. It remains stuck here for hours. Can you please tell me why this is happening? This problem is happening with all versions of metaspades. The required files are attached.

Hello

This looks like some hardware problem. Probably it would make sense to terminate SPAdes and restart.
