Metaspades, finished abnormally, err code: -6

Hello,

I have been trying to run metaspades using the default settings on our institution's cluster, but I keep getting the "finished abnormally, err code: -6" error message at the K55 assembly step. I tried continuing several times from the failure point, but it keeps happening. Attached are the parameter and log files.

Looks like someone's killed your SPAdes job from outside. Is there any possibility for this?
