Getting the metaplasmidspades script

Hi there,

I've been trying to get metaplasmidspades to work but I'm having difficulties. Could someone guide me please? I've tried cloning the assembler repository where "metaplasmidspades.py" is (https://github.com/ablab/spades/tree/metaplasmid_3.13.0/assembler) but it doesn't show up in my VM? I've also just tried installed 3.13.0 and 3.13.1 to run spades.py with --meta and --plasmid but it tells me that they're not compatible. https://github.com/ablab/spades/tree/metaplasmid_3.13.0 seems to just indicate that I just have to install spades normally? Am I missing something here?

@sxh1136 Thanks. I assigned the issue to metaplasmidSPAdes leading author.

Note that the tool was never included into any SPAdes release

I've downloaded from here instead: https://github.com/ablab/spades/releases/tag/metaplasmid-paper and it seems to be working (albeit taking a long time to run).
