Two issues: missing contigs.fasta file and Err code -11

Hi,

I am running 2 sets of samples. I've run them previously and in both cases, there was no contigs.fasta file in the output folder. I had individual contigs.fasta files within the k-mer folders, but not a consensus one.

I re-ran metaspades.py with k-mers 21,33,55,77, 99 and while one of the samples (5a) finished (still without a contigs.fasta file, the other sample (3a) gave me an Err code -11.
