FAQs, discussion group and/or issue template for common issues

I suggest to create FAQs, a discussion group and/or an issue template for frequently occuring common issues. It looks like that many issues created here at GitHub are related to less memory or disk space. Less frequently to VMs. This can be addressed with FAQs oar a discussion group. Also, an issue template with checkboxes and hints may prevent creating duplicate issues. An example could be:

[ ] grep for ERROR statements in spades.log does not result in too few memory or too less disk space.

Well... the majority of the issues are clearly indicated in the log. However, it turns out that that the ERROR's in the log are just ignored hence the issues opened here.

But, yes, something like a template would hopefully work :)

FWIW, we started to use GH Discussions: https://github.com/ablab/spades/discussions

We are also planning to introduce issue templates, so I will keep it open for the time being
