metaSPADES stucked

Description of bug

I am running metaSPADES on a sample of ~60 Gb.

I'd like to use this assembler, because it provides better results.

Here, you find some info related to the system and to the command used:

  1. I have a 500 Gb RAM + 3 Tb of Swap.

Attached, you will find the spades. log It stucks in the middle of K55 assembly.

How can I solve this issue?
