Error code 139: GeneMarks-T

Hi,

My rnaQUAST run completed with 1 non fatal error. Please see below the error message:

"GeneMarkS: error on last system call, error code 139 Abort program"

I rerun the program with higher memory but still getting the same error. I would highly appreciate any response on this.
