IsoQuant does not seem to generate results.transcript_models.gtf when run on one sample

Running IsoQuant on a single oxford nanopore sample does not result in a separate <sample_id>.transcript_models.gtf file. Interestingly, new transcripts are found and listed in other files (such as <sample_id>.extended_annotation.gtf and <sample_id>.transcript_model_tpm.tsv)
