BrokenProcessPool Error when Running IsoQuant with Custom GTF

Hi Andrey,

I'm encountering an issue when running IsoQuant after building a DB file using my own GTF file. The log file often stalls at a certain time point, but the program continues running. Eventually, it results in the following error: I have attached the log file with more details, but the error seems related to BrokenProcessPool. It frequently gets stuck, and I'm unsure if this is due to my GTF file or a bug in the software.

Could you please help me identify the cause of this issue?

Which command did you use to construct a db file? Could you also send the entire isoquant.log file please?
