in #140 we had to remove verification against the berkeleyEduAffiliation LDAP attribute because anonymous access was going away. Now, we've received a privileged bind to access the attribute again, so...

would be nice to have a sorted list of all the `ocf.io/s/` database-backed shorturls for reference, rather than going to PMA to get the list from the anonymous public view....

add ssh host key fingerprints to server listing

we list tsunami's host key fingerprint at ocf.io/ssh but it would be useful to have the other machine's fingerprints listed somewhere publically as well so we can verify them externally...

since we migrated from the cisco catalyst to the arista 7050 we need to update our management instructions perhaps @gpl will have some thoughts
