Make message updateable

Describe the solution you'd like It would be awesome to be able to update the displayed message. One solution could be to create and poll a socket and to display the content if a new message is received. Or more simple, to read the message regularly from a simple file.

Describe alternatives you've considered Start a new process everytime.

Additional context I'm using cmatrix as a loading screen and would like to give updates about what is happening.
