We're sorry, but something went wrong.
When logging into the app, I immediately get a message that reads:
We're sorry, but something went wrong. If you are the application owner check the logs for more information.

- I've tried both Firefox and Chrome.
- I've verified the logs exist for the date range presented on the url
- I've changed the date ranges to see if that makes a difference.
Nothing I've tried so far results in anything different than the error I posted above.
What else can I try?
I'm having the same issue out of nowhere, I can clearly see the oauth authentification and the login successful in the history but I have this error message on top you notice it is an error 500. I added an IP range to see if it is related to work from home?
Just returned from vacation and am getting this same error today. Were you able to resolve @matthewpomar?
I was able to access the browser yesterday afternoon (3/20/2023), but since this morning, I received the same error:
No, the system still returns the same error.
I'm not sure why this occurring. ~~Feel free to try the newer https://salesforce-elf-tristen.herokuapp.com/ which is using this code: https://github.com/tristenmiller/salesforce-elf-browser/tree/experiment~~ https://salesforce-elf.herokuapp.com/ is now updated
Clear your site history and the page is available again. Something must be cached.
As a heads up the app source is now https://github.com/tristenmiller/salesforce-elf-browser and the app should have a stable IP now.
@tristenmiller that's the link to the repo - is it hosted on gh pages?
@benji1304 no, it's a ruby-on-rails app hosted on Heroku :)
sorry! misunderstood :) i see the link on the readme now too
