the time of decode seems too long

when i run in decode mode,it takes me about 10 hour to decode for single pass on test data. Is it ok？I run on 1 1080TI GPU.

@rainsher I also run on 1 1080Ti GPU,it takes me about 7 hours,based on version 1.14.0 of tensorflow-gpu.
