Feature requeset: Resource saver mode for colima

Thanks for such an amazing project, that is way more stable than docker desktop!

By using colima everyday, I just noticed that the qemu keeps running, M2 Macbook Pro became a bit warm and battery drains fast. Not sure if there's an option in colima such that when not interact with colima for a given period of time, colima just send the docker process in idle mode to save battery and CPU.
