Skipping of pull during startup

!!! Please test this !!!

I was not able to setup a development environment in which to test this. Is there somebody who can test this?

What have i done?

I simply added a skip_startup to the caddy directives. Its backward compatible and only applies when it is set in Caddyfile. I already updated the readme.

Noticed this PR hasn't been active for a long time. I would think that this change is a good one, as I have a git server also behind Caddy.
