Tailwind config support

A try at https://github.com/abi/screenshot-to-code/issues/226. Tried for a few images, the code given is using the config like in the docs https://tailwindcss.com/docs/installation/play-cdn and the code does use the custom styles, but the prompt can be improved I think.
