Far better console logging

Improved console logging, using the Jethro module.

Console logging within the module itself is very annoying. Using a third party module allows the user to turn logging off and put their own in place and manually subscribe to the events if they choose. The choice of console logging should be on the user, not enforced upon them.

I am using Winston, and I think it would be better to have the choice of the logging module.
