BUG : Fixed the dark mode feature

What does the PR do?

• Addresses a bug related to the dark mode toggle functionality in the application.

• Modified Dark Mode Logic: Updated the logic that controls the dark mode effect to exclude the designated pages.

• Testing: Verified that the dark mode toggle works correctly on all pages, except the specified ones.
