This bot uploads telegram files to a third-party server. Usage: Send any file or bot. Then select the third-party Cloud you want to upload to.
If you can please add an env var for telegram message editing limit..like UPDATE = 60 so progress will be updated only on each minute. else we are getting FLOOD...
