Providers are getting renamed to Accounts in 3.2.0. So issue will be deferred.
It is a valid yaml. Yaml dump itself appends "|-" to multi-line strings to preserve new lines in yaml.
To make it work on calm server, adding a fix to remove "|-" if found at start of string.
