Trying to use dbsake to recover some table structures, worked on first few now gives me encoding errors.

I'm trying to recover some table structures with dbsake and it worked fine on first couple files but now its giving me errors on the last two tables. This is the full error log.

I've tried looking up online but can't find anything related to dbsake and how to fix it just .csv/xml files and such. Any Idea on how to fix it?
