[sch] Component library name collisions in schematic and library issues

The schematic has it's own version of the component library. This will let schematics load without the libraries in the cache. When the component is in the cache but different and when it's selected in the library picker, it changes on the schematic automatically. The 'component_lib' still holds the old value (refreshing you can see the old component re-appear).

The old component should stay on board regardless of what's selected in the library picker.
