Cannot read property 'includeInfo' of undefined

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a csv file encoded with ISO-8859-1 which contains any of [ÆØÅæøå]
  2. Press "Open Table Editor"

The table editor will not open, but the following error message is displayed in a box right above the CSV settings:

Cannot read property 'includeInfo' of undefined
