Option to parse colors not prefixed by a hashtag

In my project which is written in YAML, the hashtag that Pigments looks for to parse a color from a hex is invalid. It would be great to have an option to parse hex codes not prefixed by hashtags.

I'd like to see an option in the Pigments setting to look for colors formatted like that and color them.

I see. I think it'd be a bit overkill to enable this everywhere (i.e. we wouldn't want 100000 to become slightly red), but it would be nice to enable this for specific filetypes maybe. I'll remove the more-information-needed tag and see when someone has time to implement it :)
