ability to rename calendars

Hi - thanks for this; it's extremely helpful! I might have missed it, but I didn't notice a way to rename a calendar. It would be great if this can be added.

Regarding renaming the calendar, currently there is no way to rename a calendar. But I plan to add that feature when i find the time.

If your feeling up for it feel free to open a PR.
