Install failed

I have attempted to install this onto a fresh debian 12 LXC and it continues to fail.

I get to this point now:

File "/root/mergecal/env/lib/python3.11/site-packages/environ/environ.py", line 388, in get_value value = self.ENVIRON[var_name]

Any assistance?

Can you make this into a docker-compose?

My guess is you need to add a .env (at project root) with a few secrets

TBH i never properly documented the steps to deploy. recently a people few have expressed interest in deploying and we've had some discussion around in the projects discord You are welcome to join you might find some tips there
