Access Template Header

Hello,

We use your library on many of our projects and we would need a small evolution in order to be able to change the header template so that we can modify its structure. This allows us to be able to place other items next to or above the navigation bar.

I fork the project to make the changes, so I’ll let you watch it all if that’s right for you.
