Guide for someone without coding knowledge

Hi, ive been trying to set this up for a while now, ive got zero coding knowledge but i love 3d modeling, is there any step by step guide for braindead people like me?

ive stuck at second step 'conda activate faceNext', with terminal giving out error 'CommandNotFoundError: Your shell has not been properly configured to use 'conda activate'.

googling only yields all the words and terms that Im not familiar with...
