嗯，没有问题了，`winehq-staging`和`winehq-devel`都能安装，不知道为何上游的ubuntu 22.04仓库中并没有`winehq-stable`这个包，但是其他版本都有。 现在就剩Fedora的仓库一同步就完全同步了

早就试过了，`dl.winehq.org`在国内几乎没速度

肯定是配置了啊，不然也不会到这里开issue了

中科大的镜像就没问题，看了下他们是改过的: https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/crates.io-index/config.json

是否考虑缓存crates.io呢？只镜像Index没太大用，那个就算走官方也不会太慢，update index的过程就是git clone一下github的仓库，下载才是最耗时间的

排第一的是`crates.io-index.git`，这个镜像我之前还用过，不知道为什么tuna的特别慢，经常错误重试，于是我就改到了ustc的git协议的镜像上去了。 不过话说回来，rust在国内确实冷门，所以crates.io-index镜像使用率确实低
