Windows 8.1 can't activate after update.

When I first used the script, it worked fine. Then I installed updates via Windows Update, and it deactivated. I tried running the script again, but it just does this.

Activation Mode: Auto Renewal

No Installed Office 2013-2024 Product Detected...

Activating: Windows(R), Professional Edition
Product Activation succeeded, but Remaining Period failed to increase.

No Installed Office 2010 Product Detected...

Press any key to continue...

It doesn't change the activation status. Windows Defender is disabled. I don't have any other antivirus installed.

Rearm and restart the system open command prompt as administrator and execute: cscript /nologo %windir%\system32\slmgr.vbs /rearm

then try KMS_VL_ALL again

if that didn't work, rebuild tokens.dat: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2736303

After rearming, I got a different error where it just said "Failed", and a hexidecimal number in parentheses (Unfortunately, I forgot to note it down). After rebuilding tokens.dat, it just went to saying "Remain Period failed to increase.", and rearming again didn't recreate the alternate response.

Can you show screenshoot of "[9] Check Activation Status {wmi}" option result?
