Change default backup mode to auto

Currently the default backup mode is 'copy'. As more distributions will ship newer libvirt/qemu versions (>7.6.0) which have incremental backup support enabled by default, it could be considered to change the default backup mode to "auto", based on the libvirt version or in general.
