it will be more simple to use it as PPA and ask ubuntu to integrate it in futur distrib...

yes, that would be neat. I would prefer to have it added to the official Debian archives, you might want to add an WNPP bug at the package proposal list: WNPP

To make the module load automatically on boot, add a file to /etc/modules-load.d (see man modules-load.d). Im not sure how policy confirm it is to create the config file during package installation.
