Android Pie video not relaoded

I am using Android Pie version API 28. In this version, our uploaded videos are not reloaded and error showing. Below is the error:

"": "Unable to connect to http://mydomain.23video.com/4465687/38139450/a9c09a4cd0ca3e3234c4abbe9f4a975b/video_hd/download-video.mp4"
errorString: "Unrecognized media format"

But it working fine in lower API version. Here are some common things to include that can help your issue be diagnosed.
