Hip Locomotion doesn't work with Vivecraft

Not sure if this is the correct place to ask, but the implementation of hip locomotion seems to be based on (https://github.com/ju1ce/Simple-OpenVR-Bridge-Driver/tree/hip-locomotion) and not directly dependant on it, so I'll start here.

Problem

Movement in Vivecraft is disabled after following the steps below.

  1. Install owoTrack
  2. Calibrate owoTrack
  3. Enabled Hip Locomotion
  4. Ensure owoTrackOverlay has the left thumbstick bound
  5. Launch Vivecraft
  6. Set Vivecraft locomotion to HMD
  7. Unbind the left joystick for Vivecraft

Skipping Step 7 allows me to move, but it's based on the position of my HMD, rather than hips.
