Can you share a cover art setting for Apache?

First, I must thank you for your great software.

I was using Nginx through this, Album Art on your LAN. But I had to change the Webserver to Apache.

However, I have little knowledge about Webservers, it's very difficult for me to make rules for Apache. Can anybody share the cover art setting for Apache?
