Library is not updated when switching servers

Just for this client, I installed a local mpd server on my phone, so I have localhost as default connection and my Raspberry Pi bound to my WiFi. However if I come home and MPDroid connects to the mpd on my Raspberry Pi, the library in the client does not get updated and I have to restart it.
